We respect your privacy and only process personal data that is necessary to provide the app’s functionality.

What data we collect

When you create and use an account, we may process:

• First and last name

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Selected interests

• Profile photo and content you choose to share (posts, images, comments, messages)

• Technical data such as IP address and activity logs

Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account

• Enable social features such as feed, chat, posts, and matching

• Personalize content and suggestions

• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and moderate content

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data storage and security

• Core user data is hosted and processed by Vift ApS on our own infrastructure in Denmark

• Images and media files are stored using Cloudflare R2

• Data is protected by firewalls, encryption, Cloudflare tunnels, and DDoS protection

How long we keep data

Your data is kept as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

You can delete your account directly in the app.
